That is our response target when a suitable fitter is nearby. Your location, road conditions and the tyre you need can affect arrival. We’ll check availability and confirm your estimate when arranging the visit.
Is booking for tomorrow cheaper?
Yes. The next-day callout guide is £39, compared with £69 for urgent attendance — a £30 saving. Tyres and any additional work are quoted separately before you agree to proceed.
What if I don’t know my tyre size?
Start with your registration, then check the size on the tyre sidewall, such as 205/55 R16. Not sure what you’re looking at? Call or send us a clear tyre photo on WhatsApp and we’ll help.
Can you come to my holiday accommodation?
Yes. Share your accommodation name, postcode and a location pin if you can. We’ll check that there’s suitable access and a safe place to work.
What happens after I book?
Your appointment is reserved for your vehicle. We’ll confirm tyre availability and the full quote, and your booking reference lets you check updates about your visit.
Can every puncture be repaired?
Your fitter will check the tyre first. The position of the damage and the tyre’s condition decide whether a repair or replacement is the right option. We’ll explain your choices and price before starting.
